Handmade pieces are created in small batches, so each one may vary slightly. Standard handmade items ship in 3 to 5 business days, while personalized pieces take 2 to 3 weeks.
Standard in-stock products ship in 3 to 5 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and free local pickup is available by request.
Unused handmade items may be returned within 14 days; custom orders are final sale. Fragrances and care products are final sale. Apparel, shapewear, and jeans may be returned within 15 days only when unused and in their original packaging.
